Just make sure your pick is in 5 minutes before game time...this way we cannot have someone fading to gain advantage....Now this was an original rule which was altered because contest members wanted it ...I have no choice but to switch it back, we cannot have fading ....This makes it much harder to fade and gain an underhanded advantage....

Well whoever my opponent is, I will make a deal with them if they want that if one player takes the Cubs tomorrow for example, then the other CANNOT take the same game in any fashion except an over/under! That way we get no piggy backing or take opposite of the same play. I dont have the time to post 5 minutes before each game on everyday. I am not on this site 15 hours a day like most people here! But maybe my opponent will not want to play this way, but this is an open invitation for me an my opponent to play this contest fairly.
We can make the rule that the FIRST person to post a game side or total gets that game to himself or total to himself! This will make it a true handicapping match. Of course I will probably lose, but oh well. I have been in over 5 other contests elsewhere for football and basketball where some SERIOUS money was involved about 10 times this amount) and that was how our contest was structured.

Well as you updated, you had me in 4th seed before you changed it after i corrected you. I felt that most people wouldnt read the top of the thread, they would read the last stadnings, so I felt that it needed to be correct. You are the one getting a bit anal now.
I am sure that Shrink will be OK with the 1 pick per game idea in our match ALONE!! I certainly dont want to make you work any harder and it wouldnt matter to you anyway, it would just be between me and Shrink as to how we go about our match. But since you are a big moderator now, just delete my posts and that will be the end of it

So do you want to make the "Gentleman's agreement" that we can only play different games each play? For instance, if you take the Cubs tomorrow, then I could not play that game. Then as soon as you have your plays or I have mine, all I have to do is check the thread and see if you took that game and there we go! It wont make a big difference with so many games. Me and RPM only had 1 game in common this week and I would not have played that game had we had this rule.
